The area is very quiet and safe although it is technically within the city border. The rent is probably one of the cheapest in the Mt. Washington area, and the overall quality of the community is quite good. The unit is not so big but has plenty of storage space and well-equipped (a dish washer, a microwave, a laundry machine, and a dryer). Parking area has secure gate and well-lit. Many trees make a very nice landscape. Buildings are old but well-kept and clean. Office staff is efficient in handling her business. Maintenance service has improved greatly last year.
