PROS:
- Safe community
- Gated entrance
- Nice grounds
- OK square footage for the price
- Hold packages for you at the leasing office
-Parking is free and accessible.
CONS:
-Paper thin walls
-Maintenance people rather do it the cheap way 4 times than doing it the more expensive way 1 time. This comes from first hand experience as the maintenance men take the easy route to fixing something only to come back to it either being worse, or in the same condition
-Leasing office women can be rude and not caring.
- Send you "warning" letters without first talking to you
