Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Pros: 1. Pretty safe
2. Grounds are kept well
3. Moderately priced
4. All ameneties
Cons: 1. Building construction is awful. The soundproofing and heat insulation are non-existent. As a result heating and AC costs are pretty high
1a. The tennants are quite noise which doesn't go well with thin walls.
2. The management and maitnance are pretty friendly and respond problems but do a pretty sloppy job. We have had several instances of that
3. There are mice in the building.
I can't wait to move out of this place and would't suggest this place to my anyone who cares about quality. However it might be a decent place for a student etc for the price.
