They will keep your Sec Deposit

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
The place is ok at best. The apts need updating, the staff is kinda gritty and when it comes time to leave use a video camera to record the condition of the apt because they will try to get you to pay 500.00-600.00 for damages even though its regular wear and tear every place else. That is why the sec deposit is so cheap. Trust me on this one.
