I lived there for 16 months, I just moved out this week. Unlike some of the other reviewers on here, I never had a problem with rodents, which is nice. BUT, I may have rather had dealt with that than dealing with the noise. The walls are paper thin, I could constantly hear everything my neighbors were doing. And I'm not talking about just tv and music, I'm talking about bedroom games, as well. I'd have complained to management, but with the way apartments are layed out, I couldnt even tell which apartment the noise was coming from, most of the time. But it was constant. I was very happy the day I moved out. Its a shame, because other than that, it was a nice little apartment.
