I agree with the previous poster who said that they were afraid that those with a negative opinion are the only ones to ever post. I lived in Falls Village for 2 years and have nothing but good things to say about it. When I first moved in the apartment was very clean with a newly renovated bathroom. They also replaced the windows shortly after my move in. I could hear my neighbors and the people below me... but hey, it's an apartment, what do you expect' Everyone, staff and residents alike, were very friendly. I had one maintenance request the entire time I was there and upon returning home from work it was fixed. They plowed immediately after snow storms and did a good job of putting down salt. I requested that they put a ceiling fan in my apartment, and they did within a few weeks. The grounds are beautiful with mature trees and it's a really safe area. And you can't beat the price!! If I HAD to complain about anything it would be that if I stayed out late and returned home after midnight I would occasionally have to park a building or two over and there was a light outside of my bedroom (great for walking at night) that was pretty bright. But those are really nit-picky things. The only reason I left was because I moved out of state. I definitely recommend Falls Village to anyone looking to rent in that area.

I have lived in plenty of apartments where you didnt have to hear your neighbors. It makes a world of difference, and it should be expected that you not have to deal with that.
