I have been at Falls Village since September 2008 and I have not had any problems with mice, bugs etc. The maintenance is within a day or two max after you call in. The grounds are kept very well, the workout equipment is 3-4 years old but all function and the workout and laundry area is kept up and clean. There seems to be a more mature clientle here, but there are some children. It truly is a park like setting and I feel safe with the gated community, although the gates are left open all day.

My only complaint is that the rent is relatively high for the square footage you are getting (and they are planning a increase this year) which has me looking elsewhere. I am finding there are other places that offer less rent for more room, but you have to balance that with location and what this place offers. The lesser rent also comes without a workout room, in-apartment laundry, lousy pool, no tennis court or combinations of the above.
