Ok.I moved into these apartments Ive been here for 5 or 6 months. Lets say that Ive thought about tranferring my lease to a sister community that has less noise issues. No you cant control the people or what they do in their apartments, but the fact is the children play and there is no p;aygroung for them so they play in the middle of the street and on the sidewalks which can cause a problem for us who wants to come home to a peaceful community. The worse of all is the sound insulation inside your apartment.If you live on the lower level, you might as well say that whatever the people over you wake up, you'll wake up! Sometimes I feel like the people upstairs are gonna come through the damn ceiling. Other than that it's cool livng here. Fallstaff is the best looking, well groomed apartments in the area.
