My comment concerning the office staff is directed to the office manager. The other staff are pleasant to deal with. The apartments have seen better days. They are quite noisey. I can tell every step of the neighbors above me. I can even tell when they take a shower or turn on the bathroom fan or use the kitchen garbage disposal. Even in that, my overall experience has been good.
