1) mice in the walls
2) they don't fix things when they say they will
3) they come in unannounced
4) Flys, bugs abound
5) heating and airconditioning is extermely loud when it is running
6) they don't sand or plow when it snows
7) When they do fix things, they make a mess
8) Plumbing issues
9) The power seems to go out much more then in any other place I have lived in
10) horrible staff to work with... attitudes

generally really poor quality

You are wrong!!! The staff here is the best, and how can you say they don't plow when it snows??--Apparently you must have not noticed them out shoveling and plowing early in morning last winter when it snowed. It is good that you live in an apartment-who would you have to blame if you were a home owner?

Mice, bugs (and other pests), little respect for tenets. Yup, sounds like the Fallstaff Manor I know.
