I have been living at Fallstaff Manor for almost two years and I really enjoy it!

The staff is amazing and often gives a balloon to my son when we come in to pay rent or put in a work request. In addition, I always feel comfortable leaving a message, for non-emergencies, because the manager always calls me back quickly. The maintenance guys are great too! They are always in my apartment the same day or the next day after I make a request.

These are not the newest apartments but they are very solid I watched them put a new roof on my building and several others last month so I know they are well maintained.

My only complaint would be that there are no washer/dryers in the apartments but the laundry rooms are so convenient that it really has not been that much of a burden.
