My best friend suggested I check out these apartments last year. First I drove around at night and saw a million people walking around and the community felt totally safe. So the following weekend I stopped into the office and the people there were great. They showed me an apartment and I filled out the application that day! That was a year ago. I just renewed my lease because I love it here. My first impressions were dead on. The community is really well maintianed, the staff continue to be super friendly and the maintanence is always easy to deal with and effective. I read the previous rating and the person said they have had pest problems. I have had one problem, with spiders over the summer, and I called the office and the next week the exterminator came and the spiders were gone for good!
