I have lived here for about 8 months, and I am so far happy with my experience. I do not live in one of the renovated apartments like the person below wrote about, however I like the darkwood kitchen cabinets look-plus it made my rent cheaper. I live near the pool and there is tons of parking up there-plus there is a whole center lot that is never filled up. Maintenance and office stop are always polite and quick to respond. I don't hear much noise although I did make one complaint about loud neighbors upstairs and the office supposedly sent them a letter -no problems since. The neighborhood is diverse and I like that too. plus it's really quiet here-not kidding! I don't know what the person below was talking about people "hanging out", all I see is kids playing, people out jogging, or the orthodox families walking. I have lived all around baltimore and for the price, and the location, this is probably the best apartment I have lived in.
