Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Nothing special. rent for a one bedroom is 690. plus you pay for gas and electric, water, sewage and trash. Maintinence can be bad, but sometimes they do respond, you just have to call a bunch of times and maybe be nice to the staff. it's ok.

I'm happy here.
