Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
I had floods (leaky toilet from the floor above me), bug infestations, and MOLD. I could not live in half of my apartment for almost 2 months during the mold removal, and recieved no rent reduction or sympathy for that matter. I lived through 3 or 4 dreadful manegments (think Cinderella's step mother). Maintenance consists of an underqualified pompous handyman. A two year nightmare for me.
