Inexpensive, older buildings, but safe, pleasant.

Older buildings (1960s'), very functional. Setting in suburban area. Nice Grounds, public tennis courts across the street, has a pool that is well-kept with lifeguard in summer.
Ugly brown rubber base boards, plain carpet/walls make these pretty basic apartments. There was some crime in the 4 years we lived there (one break-in, one car stolen) but that?s par for the course in Baltimore.
Great maintenance staff - friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. No hassle from the mgmt.
