Nice Neighborhood

Wonderful layout of apartment but the noise factor is almost unbearable. The maintenance and office staff though, almost make up for it. You have to practice being a good neighbor in order to get along and to maintain a strict (though voluntary) noise policy. I have been here three years but I don't think I'll be here a 4th.

Its' a great place to start with a washer and dryer in each unit too!
