Horrible Community Manager

Let me start by talking about the community manager.
When you call for her, she's never available, then go up there and she's hiding in her office.
I was told that by the maintenance supervisor ----.
I came in to speak with her and the next day Mr.
---- told me she was in the office the whole time listening to every word we were saying.
Then I came in there the one day and she had her son running around everywhere.
The child was on something because he was rude and she kept yelling his name.
Last but certainly not least, a couple of days ago I'm in my kitchen and I hear this loud obnoxious woman cursing at someone on a cell phone.
It was the manager and she's yelling obscenities at the person on the other end.
Very unprofessional.
I asked my neighbor if she heard it and she did, so we both sent letters to the owners about this situation.
Then comes the assistant manager who is loud, rude and just very ghetto.
She gives false information, tells you one thing and then does another.
That woman is very incompotent.
My husband and I go into the office and we thought it was a daycare center.
There was a little girl watching movies and eating at the front desk.
Then my husband was trying to find out why we can never catch up with the manager and she starts telling her business.
How unprofessional is that.
We didn't ask her to tell us that the managers and owners were not happy with her.
My husband and I don't care about that, we just need the manager to be more active with the residents.
Together the two of them are a catastraphy and one of the two needs to be let go or needs some training because there customer service/management skills are suffering really bad.
This apartment complex would be nice if it was run properly.
We need better management and this is going to the owners as well.

I would like to comment on the last review on May 19th. I do not feel the Manager or Assistant are incompotent by any means. They have helped me in all ways possible. As far as the children go, that was uncalled for. I live near the manager and her son is ver respectful, he has held the door open for me and I can say I have never seen him the office. As a matter of fact of have never seen any children in the office unless it was a residents child. I am shocked at this review and would like to let everyone know that this is not true. The Manager and Assistant are very warm and hard working. Yes they are very busy, and it's only htose two running this busy office but they get the job done. This comment below may be of someone who doesn't pay there rent on time or has had MANY complaints and are upset with the Manager. So I fully have Fox Glen on this one. I love where I live and don't plan on leavin. The community is nice, the property is kept up, I see the manager walk the property daily, and her Assistant is always pleasant and greets you with a smile. You would love to live here at Fox Glen....

I would like to comment on this review because these allegations are completely false. Everytime i go into the leasing office, i never see any children in there except for my own. They treat my children very good, they welcome me with open arms. I've never gone in there and not been able to speak with the community manager. No one in that office is rude or obnoxious. These reviews are ridiculous and i can't believe people would actually come on here to bash someone like this. Maybe it's you that has the problem.

I can't believe someone would say all these things, especially when it comes to children! I went to visit the community to lease and the manager was the one who showed me around. I do have to agree, the assistant is ghetto, but I can't believe you would say what you said. To me it seems that you are not talking about the manager on a resident basis but on a personal basis. If you are angy with the manager on a personal basis, then take it up on a personal basis. You have to remember that what goes around comes around, an maybe the manager of the property doesn't know why someone would do something like this, ut there is a higher power out there that does, so think about it! You are wrong!!!

I am so shocked at what this tenant has said. Like I said, I am a new resident and I never saw any children in the office and the assistant or the manager were completely helpful during my whole move. They really made me fell at home. This person must have been having a bad day to go off like that.

I think the original posting is correct. I have talked with other residents who live in the manager's building and they comment all the time about how rude her son is, he has been known to throw things off of his balcony, yell and scream at passerbys and she frequently leaves him home alone during the early evening hours while she works. I personally have heard her yell at him while going and coming into my apartment which borders theirs. While everyone may not be aware of the manager and assistant managers potential to be rude and incom----nt, let me assure you they are as I have had multiple run-ins with both of them over their dishonesty, and I pay my rent on time every month. This is part of the reason why I am moving out when my lease expires. Yes this is a reasonably decent complex for the amount of rent you pay, but make no mistake it is not the best. It is also true that the maintenance people talk about the front office staff, they have done this on several occasions while fixing things in my apartment. I think the entire front office staff needs more training, not necessarily to be fired.

How ironic that the three posts that defends the manager are all within 1 day of each other. Seems like edithicbrown and the one below him are true. I hope not because I plan on moving in to this complex very soon. But then again, I know ex-tenants with bad experiences only state the negative just like the management write all of theses anonymous reviews. At least you know they are reading this stuff.
