I just responded to a review and now I am writing my own. My husband and I have got a letter together that has been signed by other residents to force the owners hand to find a new manager. That woman might be a good person but as a manager she is terrible. Never there when you need her or she will sit in that office and you can actually hear her on the phone but you know it's not work related. Valerie is attentive to most of the residents needs and yes she does seem distracted at times but we noticed it's because she has so many hats to wear in that office. We called in a work order recently and the manager picked up the phone, I thought I would faint but she just rushed me off the phone. I thought how rude was that but we have been documenting things down. Then we see her child hanging from the window and we thought he would be hurt but someone came around to get him out of there. Isn't that a safety hazard' See you can tell management doesn't pay too much attention to that office because we wouldn't be sending a letter to corporate if they did. All the money we pay we should be getting excellent service. If the manager doesn't want to work then please find someone who will. There will actually be a community meeting regarding this matter and flyers will go up this week. Yes this matter is serious to us because we work to hard for our home. Is management that desperate that they go and find an unprofessional person to run an office' Maintenance is excellent and I think the gentlemen are really nice. Pete is pleasant when comes in and there is a new gentlemen who is just as nice. The guy who cleans the property is excellent and he keeps this place looking so nice. Valerie like i said before is good and we even seen her there on saturday. Just do something about there boss who doesn't want to do her job.

I absolutely understand what this person is saying and don't worry because we have actually went to the regional manager regarding this. This is not intended to bash the manager but something has to be done about her because we do pay good money to live here. We want a manager who wants to work not a person who wants the title but do nothing for it. Hopefully I will get some feedback from corporate and will keep everyone informed.

I don't think that anything can be done about her..as long as we all keep living here, well that is all that they care about...if we all threatened to move, well maybe that would make them sit up and take notice..

Well i hope somethin changes because me and 2 of my close friends are looking to move out there soon around Jan 2010? however i do have a question for the current residents. How is the area? as in the crime rate and the environment?
