i'm a former tenant.

Maintenance was slip-shod.

I was two floors above the rental office.

There was fat man working there who smoked like a chimney inside the office at all hours of the day and night.

My place two floors up stank, and I did not smoke.

My complaints were blown off.

Then another staff person started using the model apartment between my unit and the rental office to "entertain" company.

I'd say nothing was done, but that's not quite true.

They didn't renew my lease, so I had to move.
