I moved out at the end of 12/05 and went to the move-out inspection where I was told everything was fine and I would be receiving my security deposit back in full. Now I am being charged 362.00 over my security deposit for 2nd coat of paint and new carpet claiming I smoked and had pets (I do not do or have either of these). I am going to have to take them to court to try to get my money back. Furthermore, the neighbors are horrible (I had a tenant upstairs who played getto music all night) as well as the maintenance and the leasing office is rude and could care less after you move in.
