We have lived at Fox Hall for 2 Years. Our First was great until my husband and i came home to find that there was a leak in the apartment above us and water had leaked all over our bathroom. They came and drilled, left a mess and said Maintenance was here. I called fox hall to complain and they told me to call the maintenance office. Then Mold began to grow in our Bathroom. My husband has asthma and so do I. We then moved to another Apartment within the community.
Why, oh Why did we do that!!!!!!!!!!!! We had Mice, Mice and More Mice!!!!!!!!!They could not kill The mice. I would see the m in the Middle of the night and I had two small Babies. The bathroom sink was falling apart and there was more mold behind the toilet .The hot water would not work at time, we had a leak in the Bathroom that lasted for more than 2 months, The water stopped working and they never bothered to tell the tenants that the pipes froze.
Hell on Wheels come from when we decided to move out early w/o breaking our lease they gave us a hard time. They charged us more to move out than it was to move in. If you have kids do not move here. They are going to charge you for every mark or spot.
They even took away free Laundry, heat and free water. I would not recommend this place to any one.

Although I sympothise with the mice problems and everything else, the "taking away free laundry, heat & water" you cannot complain about. First off THIS ECONOMY SUCKS and they probably needed to do it to keep up with it. Secondly a lease cannot legally change in the middle of it, so when you "signed" a new lease you should have read where laundry, water and heat wasnt free anymore...then you make up your own decision to stay.
