Dear Foxhall, though you are taking steps to better the area in which we live, (yes I currently live there) you still are overlooking one of, if not, the most important thing, CUSTOMER SERVICE, from your rental office AND your mntc. staff especially. Its something everyone expects and to be honest, we sorta pay for it on a monthly basis. We pay for things to be fixed in a timely manner. We pay for calls to be returned to us. For Christ sake we pay you your paycheck. The arguement you use about owning your own home is petty at best, I own a home and live here, so save it. I must admit, your mntc. team is 90 percent of your problem. i own a business and deal with issues everyday, and from an outsider sort of looking in through a window, you need to clean house ASAP. As far as making everyone secure, I dont think thats what the person is getting at. What you should have done at the very least, and what I think they (as in residents who work hard to pay your rent) were looking for, was some sort of warning. A letter perhaps about the CONVICTED child rapist that now is a part of this community or the lady that was attacked walking to her car and literally kidnapped. You owned up to and acknowledged nothing, making people believe you simply dont care. Just give me the rent and go away, that is what we see from you. Personally I have 4 issues in my apartment that have yet to be addressed, my calls are still not returned and nothing has been fixed. Par for the course it seems. Shame on you Erica (property manager) for allowing things to go so out of control, and shame on us (the residents) for thinking things would ever change with Fox Hall

I agree with this person and I was not saying you can protect us cause your to incompetent to do that, all I was stating was you could have at least warned the residents. If you care so much about your tenants you would warn them about the incident(s) so that it doesnt happen again.
Im also confused...if you did criminal backgrounds like you say you do then this man would never have been there in the first place!! He has robbery and burglary and a couple assualt charges dated back 5 plus years ago! You can easily check the Maryland Case Search and look at his whole background (mostly) Christ he may have been the one that kidnapped the woman.

Fox Hall needs to advertise on the porno sites to get those sex offenders moved in! It seems like they love 'em!
