We are moving out because we are moving out of town but wanted to post a positive comment because all I am seeing are negative ones from people complaining. I guess only the few that have something to complain about take the time to post. I have lived at Fox Hall for about 3 years and we have had a great stay. Sure, the rent has gone up in that time. But what hasn't' We looked around each year when our lease was up but chose to stay because it was the best deal in town for us. There have been many improvements happening lately including the parking lots. Great location was the big plus for us. The rental office always treated us right and had the answers for us although we didn't really spend a lot of time in the office. Good neighbors, sometimes noisy but that is apartment living. We keep hearing and seeing that a new community center is opening soon. It has been in the works for awhile and we are sorry we won't be around to check it out when it opens. Overall, it has been a good place to call home. If you are using this site and postings as a place to help get a feel whether this is a good place to live, I wanted to put in our opinion so you can have something other than a few complainers from this large complex. If you are one that will only use this site as a way to complain, you can just disregard my posting because you won't agree with anything I say anyway.
