Don't waste your money. We have lived in this complex for 2 years. It has progressively gotten worse. We have mice SO HORRIBLE that we are breaking our lease to remove our 10 week daughter from the infestation. I even called the housing inspector and they violated Fox Hall for it. I have pictures of the mice in my dishwasher when I open the door. And fox hall has not fixed the problem after almost 3 months. Ants are everywhere as soon as spring gets here. You NEVER have hot water in the evening to be able to take a shower!! Not only is rent 900 some dollars, we live on the 3rd floor apartment so we never had to use our heat. We never once turned our heat on this past winter yet we still got charged $118.00 a month for heating expenses on our water bill. We complained and they said they charge whether it is used or not. We got a 60.00 water bill, when we are hardly ever home to use the water... why' because there was a water leak in our building and they split the water bill between all the apartments. So I had to pay for THEIR pipes leaking until someone figured it out and got them fixed. The management staff are jerks, especially the assistant manager!! Everyone always acts like you are bothering them there ... even if you go in just to pay the rent!! The only good thing about them is their maintenance men are really nice and respond quickly when there is an issue!! Otherwise this apartment complex is HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! For the money you pay in rent, pet fee (if you have one), water bill, heat(whether you use it or not), and laundry costs.... roughly 1050.00 a month, you can find a REALLY nice apartment or townhouse for that price... and bigger!! Building 10!!!...what a ---- hole! All I have to say is good luck with breaking your lease..we did it to get the hell out of there and move into our new home and they charged us 1700 which we paid and then out of the blue when we go to get our security deposit they charged us another 550 for breaking our lease...what the hell was the 1700 to break our lease for!?!?!?! Im just glad when I wake up in the morning I only have to clean my dogs ---- up now and not 100 droppings of mouse ---- and live mice stuck on glue traps shitting everywhere! Im also glad I can look out my window of my bedroom now and not see USED NEEDLES on the ledge of my window.....Oh and I also dont have to wake up to throw up everywhere in the stairwells from all the drunk kids from the night before...god how I miss that ------- ---- hole! and with all these people who need jobs nowadays I dont see why they cant get better management. And you ---- face maintenance men use to be cool till you told on my dog so you can go ---- off too!

How did you know it was building #10, lol!!! Probably because you lived on the bottom floor and we live on the top floor. Is you significant other affiliated with "back on the block" bail bondsman in any way?
