lived here since july 2004, can't complain. staff and maintenance are very friendly. usually resolve all issues within 24 hours.
only negative thing i can think of is the lack of 2 bedroom apartments. (if they had 2 bedrooms, i would definitely stay.)
the previous review was right, a few nights ago, we could hear our neighbor clipping his nails.
basement parking is also a little pricey at $125/month.
all in all a very good experience.
