Clean, Safe but gym and parking could be improved

I've lived here for almost 2 years. In general it is a comfortable building. The staff is excellent and friendly. Manitenance takes care of any problems quickly. I've never seen a single bug in my apartment, except a few that have flown in the window. It's clean and very safe. Down sides: The parking is pricy and it's really small and difficult to maneuver around in. I probably wouldn't want to live here if I had an SUV. The gym's equipment is outdated.
