Overall I like my apartment, but when I moved in it was not properly cleaned and was not painted. Maintenance attempted to "fix" the dent in my wall by painting over it. Although I was told by management I would be able to get a parking spot when I moved in, I am still on the waiting list a year later and there is no indication I will ever get a spot.
