I have really enjoyed living here. The apartments are new and well maintained. It's in a great location walking distance to everything. I regularly walk to the Inner harbor, Penn Station and Mt. Vernon area. There is a pool and gym in the building. The gyms equipment is a bit outdated but I've heard they are getting some new equipment soon. I feel very safe here and all the staff are extremely responsive. This really is a great place to live if you want a 1 bedroom. Parking is expensive if you want one of the buildings spots. I got a $25 Mt. Vernon residential sticker and park on the street. I've had no problems so far.
