I have lived at Gallery Tower for over a year now. While it is not inexpensive, I feel it is a good value. The building is secure, well maintained and very clean. When I have had a maintenance issue it has been taken care of promptly.

I have read with interest the other postings regarding parking in the garage. I was given the run around for two months and after delicate persistence I was finally given a spot. This garage is very tight, even fore a four-door sedan - I definitely would not attempt to go in there with a SUV.

After spending time in many friends' apartments I still feel this building offers a good value and is an ideal place to live.
