I have lived here for 2 years and my experience has been great. The service staff is responsive. If something breaks they fix it right away. The management folks are so nice and professional. The parking situation is not great but the area has everything you need; shopping, restaurants, outdoor festivals, nightclubs etc. I was going to move when my lease was up in April but everything comparable is like $100-$200 more a month and they don't include utilities. I have many friends that live here and only have good things to say about the building and the staff. It's unfortunate that more people are willing to share their bad experiences than those that have good ones.

I highly recommend this place.
