Gallery Towers is an overpriced dump! At this very moment, the entire building is out of hot water and the building personnel have no idea when it will be fixed! The smoke alarms randomly go off for no reason at all. The building staff are inconsiderate and incompetent! And yes, you can hear your neighbors do everything from sneeze, to talking on the phone. Not to mention having SEX!! And the elevators are constantly broken and cars are being broken into on a routine basis when they are parked in the secured parking deck under the building. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!! RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I disagree with what this person is saying. I have lived here for two years. Yes SOMETIMES there is an issue with the water. But there has been alot of problems with the pipes breaking outside which is the city's problem. Gallery Tower is a wonderful place to live no bugs no rats and it is very quite in your apartment. As far a issue with the buildiing it is resolved asap. And that is something that cant be stop.the If the elevator is down there are 2 more that you can use. Yes 2 more. The rent is well priced seeing you DO NOT HAVE TO PAY ANY UTILITIES. How many places out there pay that bill. You dont have to pay for garbage pick up or water or sewer. So I think the rent price is well worth it.

Lets see Rats OUT SIDE!!! Yummm is that in side your apartment? Lets see you live in Baltimore CITY... The city has alot of RATS! Some on two legs and others on 4 legs. Just be happy there are none in your apartment. Cuase this place keeps it clean. Lets see if you get a house fly in your apartment you going to blame them. Get real this is a real nice building to live in and if you are so dissatified with the people having sex,talking on the phone,watching tv. be a good neighbor and say something. Man it is that simple. Everyone has a right to there own opinion... only you as a person can fix the problem you face.

The last time that I checked, the garage was a part of the building!! Therefore, Gallery Tower has rats!! Considering the fact that the door on the first floor of the garage is constantly open, a rat could easily enter the elevator area and ride up to the upper floors. I would not be surprised if this has not occurred at least once and the residents are unaware of it. Complaining about your neighbors doesn't get you anywhere. Mgmt claims to have a 3 complaint per apt policy but they do not enforce it. Why? Because they do not want to increase their vacancy rate! You and Katie both need to wake up and realize that Gallery Tower has a 52% approval rating for a reason. All I am asking is that Mgmt be up front with potential renters so that they know what to expect before they move in the building. Trust me, if I had known about the issues here, I would not have moved in. But you are right, I do have the option of fixing the problem which I will be doing by moving out at the end of June when my lease expires! So enjoy your dump and say hello to the rats when they decide to pay you a visit!
