Air conditioning!!

The Baltimore City may require Gallery Tower to provide heat until May 1st OR when the average temperature is 65 degrees or higher. However, the same law does not require Gallery Tower to turn air conditioning off until May 1st. The Baltimore City law was simply used as an excuse for trimming utility bills. As stated by terp92, the salespeople don't tell newcomers about the air conditioning. With such a high monthly rent, Southern Management should provide a better environment.
