Didn't feel at home

I read some of the other reviews and I can agree. Not only will you have a mouse problem, but add smoking in the hallways, cracking walls..oh and did I mention a mouse problem. I am terrified of mice. I saw one and called the rental office..they told me I had to wait a week because the exterminator had been out all ready this week. I don't feel at home in that apartment. I stay up some nights because I think critters are in my apartment, but they aren't in it, their in the walls and ceilings. You can smell every single thing people are cooking in there apartments. However, I can say my rent was descent. $437 for a junior one bedroom was great; but my year is up next month and I have to move on.
