This was my first apartment so I really did not know what I was in for. Overall it wasn??t too bad. When I moved in the facet in the bathroom was leaking so I called and so one came right over and they did the same about my stove .They were good for about a month. Later I had problems with water pressure. There was no water coming out of the sink??s facet and just a stream of water. I had that problem fix about four times. In the winter when it showed it leaked into my apartment and I had to have buckets around my place. They came to fix it my ceiling almost a month later, and all that they did was repaint it.

I did go with out air for June, July, and part of August before the A/C was repaired. Also we they come into your home to fix stuff they do not clean up after them selves.

Next was my neighbors some were friendly others weren??t and that is just natural. Some of the neighbors did not believe in common courtesy. They would play music loudly starting at the earliest about 6 am till 4 am the next day. There were people constantly coming in and out the building at all times of the day and night. There really isn??t a problem with this but you have to put your code in and he door buzzes open. You just don??t want to hear that way into the wee hours.

Also you have a code to get into the building which is really fake protection. Every one around there knew the codes to each building. So you would have people smoking weed in the hall ways and that smoke would fill up your apartment. Sometimes there were drug sales in the building but defiantly right outside the building. There were a couple of police raids in some of the buildings.

For young girls there are boys every where just hanging around the buildings smoking and drinking so be careful. The lighting is very bad at night so one should be extra careful. I had and experience when walking through the complex a man exposed himself to me and proceeded to grab me. Later I heard that this happened to at least three other girls in the immediate area. I called the police but they don??t go up into the complex they ride in the parking lot and you can??t see a thing from the parking lot.

The people in the rental office are rude and childish. I lived here for three years and so much has occurred. I think this is not a place for those who have high standards. It may be a better fit for those that are ghetto and don??t give a ---- about common courtesy and are used to the way things are out in the hood.

I just wanted to end by saying that back in the day black people were not allowed to live in the Cedonia area and now that they are there they have caused the value of the area to drop. They is nothing but litter all over the lawns and on the bus stops. We need a respectable place to live if you like the hood and all that it has to offer you should stay there and not destroy a place where people take pride in there homes and lawns and overall community. It is time to grow up and make all of our neighborhoods a safe place for our children.
