This is my first apartment, it was pretty good, it's really quite I stayed on the 3rd floor. I did have some problems with mice and roaches but nothing that I couldn??t handle. But i dont plan to stay another year for the rent im paying just added another $100.00 or so i could be in a 2brd townhouse or something.
