I have lived in the townhomes for almost 2 years now, and at first I hated it because the closets are too small and the mice problem was HORRIBLE!!! After I got a cat, I was much happier. Not having mice poop all over my stove makes my life a lot easier. There are a few streets within the community that you should stay away from (i.e., St. Regis Road & Darien Rd.) because there are A LOT of unruly kids in this neighborhood which makes summertime a pain because they walk in the streets and alleyways and don't like to move when cars are driving by. But, if you can get on one of the quieter blocks (i.e., Schering) it's pretty peaceful. Maintenance has always been really efficient for me an my neighbors are really nice and they are clean (unlike some others). Parking is decent because you get a parking a pad in the back. There have been some issues with car theft and vandalism, but the police seem to make their presence known pretty frequently. All in all it's not bad for the price, just make sure you drive around and find out which street they put you on before you sign anything...if your neighbor's lawn isn't mowed and they have trash in the front and back, then pick a different house.
