Hmmm you get what you pay for.

Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2003
 
I live in GV townhomes for 13 years...Of course back then I was living with my parents, but Im sure much hasnt changed. You have to consider the area #1 (not the best). Also consider what all you are getting for apartment comparable rent- 3 bdrooms, basement, back yard- that is a whole lot. I would never move back to this are or any other apt in the 21206 area, but that is my preferance. If you are comfortable in that are I would say the townhomes arent too bad.
