Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
I have lived here in GV townhomes for the last 8 months. I have never seen a mouse since I ve lived here. I heard them in the walls in the beginning, but I ve put down traps and never caught any. They have honestly not been a problem. Everything is ok. The worst thing about living here is the children, not the little ones. The teenagers are HORRIBLE! They are very disrespectful! I call the police at least twice a week because of the nuisance that they maintain! If I could get rid of them this would be a more desirable place to live. The other problem is my alarm system. Although it s included in your rent, it sucks. I get calls from multi-family often because of false alarms. Other then that GVT are ok, especially considering the price.
