SO FAR NO PROBLEMS

I MOVED IN MAY 2008 I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS THE TOWNHOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN WHEN I MOVED IN ALL APPLIANCES WERE NEW. WHENEVER I HAVE CALLED MAINTENANCE THEY HAVE COME IN A TIMELY FASHION. HOWEVER THERE IS A ANT PROBLEM IN THE SUMMER. I HAVE NO MICE OR ROACHES. THE AREA IS QUIET TO ME I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH CHILDREN MY NEIGHBORS DON'T BOTHER ME I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS A NICE PLACE TO LIVE. AND IT IS THE PERFECT SIZE FOR A SINGLE PERSON..... I LOVE MY BALCONY IN THE WARM DAYS PEACE OF MIND....
