The property is treated poorly by the people who live here. The security to my building still has not been fixed. Packages go missing. I LIKE my apartment and maintenance is on the spot good. I expect a lot since the rent is high so.

I've never had any issues with living at the apartments at diamond ridge. The only issue I experienced was having a tough time finding a parking spot in the Battersea lane area. But now, I've reserved a spot and have no issues.

Maintenance requests are ignored. You have to go to the leasing office multiple times to get a issue resolved. The leasing staff changes regularly and you get a different answer from different staff. The front door intercom system never worked.

Nice quiet community, residents are kind to each other but the leasing office staff are rude. The rent is never the same and varies in price every month due to ridiculous fees. Dumpsters are always overflowing.
