I noticed the last review "Great Place to Live" left no details and no real time line. I can tell you that most people in the building would move sooner if they could. The building itself is OK, and the location is decent, but the management company is not good. The "front desk" dissapears for periods of time and the manager never ever answers the phone. When you do talk to management, they are snooty and indifferent at best. It's an overpriced dormitory is what it is. Without the medical students, I doubt the place could make it.
