The worst thing about this place is the insulation (or lack thereof) between apartments. We can hear our neighbors on all sides, and that can get annoying, but overall, we will miss this place when we move out. We have a corner apartment with a great view of Ridgely's Delight and Camden Yards which will be gone when the new apartment building is finished and we LOVE the loft and exposed brick in the apartment. The staff is terrific, friendly, and helpful and really keep the place clean. Parking is available for an additional monthly fee at one of the parking garages nearby and is well worth the money. It is a short walk, but the best and cheapest solution to city parking. Overall I would recommend this place, but not if you are a light sleeper or a noisy neighbor!
