good apartment

This apartment was perfect for my first apartment, very close to the inner harbor and right next to penn station. However the windows in the apartment rattle any time a truck or noisy car goes by so if your apartment faces the main road just keep in mind that the windows are very old and do make a lot of noise. Other than that i have no complaints, this apartment was just perfect, and the staff in the leasing office are wonderful.
