Title says it all. In my three years here, I have experienced everyone one. While Henderson House is not the cause behind these misfortunes, I do believe that managment's response to these events is dismal at best. When neighbors had roaches, they sprayed one apartment and were suprised that the bugs just moved on out to the hallways and next door apartments. When there was a flood in the apartment down the hall, myself and neighbors were without carpeting for over a month. Most recently, 6-7 cars were broken into inside the "secured" garage. When questioned about these events, the manager said the security camera was meant to "scare" criminals and actually did not work.
