I loved living in Henderson House - spacious apartment with AC, washer/dryer in unit, very friendly staff, excellent response time for repairs, safe building and great location (near Penn station & light rail). They did pre-emptive exterminations for pests (I never saw any as a result) and accepted credit card rent payments. The "gym" is basially just a couple treadmills which may be lacking for some, although there were renovation plans. Parking is $100/mo in an open lot ($120 for the garage) which I think is too high. My only other note would be that some of the rooms that face the garage have very little light during the day - I paid extra to be in a lighter room on a higher floor. Sometimes I would get a rumble from the trains up on the 9th floor; I imagine lower floors are noisier so if you are checking out the lower floors be aware of that. The only reason I moved was the rent was too high for me, but my experience here was entirely positive.
