Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
Although the mangement sends out numerous notices asking tenants to follow the rules they never follow through. If you live in a court you will never be able to park there. If you put in a maintenance request, don't expect it to get done or done properly. It seems that the maintenance staff was from the bottom of the barrel.
