PRAYING FOR THE DAY I CAN MOVE OUT. PLEASE DON'T MOVE HERE! !

I've lived on this property for approximately 5 years now. This was the worst decision I have ever made. I was accepted to the University of Maryland and moved to Baltimore to attend school. This property is a few minutes away from campus so I thought it would be a good idea to live here. I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG!
I do not say this lightly...RUN LIKE H-E-DOUBLE HOCKEY STICKS BEFORE MOVING HERE!
The Problems:
1. When I first moved in, it was pretty quiet. The new owners are Sawyer Realty and the only thing they care about are getting their rent on time. They care about this so much they send notices almost monthly thanking the tenants who turn in their rent by the first of the month. It's a nuisance.
Another thing about the leasing office: they encourage neighbors to snitch on one another. Trash can only be set out Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings. If you see a neighbor tossing trash out before 5:00 p.m., you're encouraged to let the rental office know. Of course, the tenant will get a fine.
2. BAD ASS KIDS ARE OVERRUNNING THE NEIGHBORHOOD. The property is surrounding by privately owned townhomes and another rental complex (catering to lower income residents). The kids from the surrounding properties walk onto Highland Village Property and DESTROY EVERYTHING IN SITE. I have complained and the answer is "well, we can't control kids who don't live here". My question is "where's the presence of security". One bad ass kid set fire to a plastic bottle, threw it near a car and ran away (after I told him to come back and extinguish it). Of course he didn't!
In addition, bad ass kids are moving onto the property and the parents fail to correct them.
2A. WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH GROWN ASS MEN STANDING AROUND ON THE PROPERTY (both white males and black) DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING'' I mean, don't they have jobs to go to' I know summers get hot but the property has become downright ghetto because you see men standing around shirtless or with sleeveless t-shirts (wifebeaters). This isn't supposed to be the 'hood or the trailer park but the rental office isn't SCREENING tenants and the new ones are causing the property to deteriorate.
3. Neighbors are petty and downright stupid. One the day I moved in, I was told there's no assigned parking. Of course, that doesn't stop some of the neighbors from claiming a spot as their own and daring others to park in it!
4. Don't count on your mail getting to your home. Neighbors would rather toss your mail to the ground instead of politely knocking on your down and letting you know the mailman accidently placed your mail in another box.
5. The property is falling apart. The management team slaps a few coats of paint up, plants a few trees and believes this entitles them to skyrocketing rents.
The plumbing is from the 1960s and breaks down often. The maintenance team has declined rapidly. The heat in my home went out 2 winters ago...I called the emergency number and the maintenance guy showed up the next morning saying "I didn't get the page" (translation: he was probably too drunk, hungover and it was too much trouble to climb off the hooker he paid for so let the b*tch (me) freeze)!
Other issues:
The rental management team has NOT discovered modern technology. They constantly, constantly, constantly bombard your home with flyers taped to your front door about miscellaneous bull*hit you're not interested in...Flee markets, ads to do your taxes (aka "the spy program" to see how much money you're making so they can make sure you pay your rent on time), and other bs I'm not interested in. Enough is enough. I read all day at work. When I'm at home, let me have my peace. Stop sending bull*hit flyers around for me to read.
Fireants march through the home like they're in a military parade. I keep cans of ant/roach killer in my home every spring.
Domestic violence is a serious problem and you'll know all of your neighbor's "business" because the walls are thin. I heard my previous neighbor tell his wife after severely beating her "I'll blow your f*ckin' head off if you call the police" to report the beating. I called the rental office to get the neighbors sent a notice to cease the level of noise and the disruptive behavior and the rental office did not wish to intervene. Only after I wrote a detailed letter to the rental office explaining WHY an intervention was needed (anonymously) AND CC'd the local police department did the tenants get a notice to move.
The rental office is filled with 3 types of women:
1. Those who are enchanted with Highland Village because they're new and don't have a clue.
2. Those who are genuinely pleasant - but overworked.
3. Those who put a capital "B" in "itch" and have no idea of how to resolve problems without being snappy, sassy, downright cold, or thinking they know better than you what's going on with the property.
THE ONLY WAY THIS PLACE WILL IMPROVE IS WITH A MASSIVE LAW SUIT. I'M HOPING A CLASS ACTION WILL GET STARTED.
