I have lived here for three years and I have seen the place just go downhill. The maintenance folks seem to be clueless. Expect to have them come in several times to fix a single problem. A lot of new tenants moving in are just horrible - throwing cigarette butts into the front yards, letting their dogs poop in the front yards, destructive kids, etc. If you inform the rental office with specifics nothing happens. It seems that as long as they are getting the rent they really don't care. No wonder so many units are empty here. I wouldn't want to live here anymore either. We are currently looking for another place. Parking is the worse. Although the office sends around notices that one car per home can park in the courts, they do not enforce it. Also, where would they suggest you park your second car' They do not provide adequate parking.
