I wouldn't recommend living here unless you invest in a bullet-proof vest and start charging rent to the roaches that live there. The model is a pretty, shiny misrepresentation of what a complete hole the apartment really is. I can only imagine the only reason there's a move-in special is because no one would really want to move in to such a dirty, unsafe neighborhood. It takes forever to get a response from the rental office and when you finally do, it's with great attitude as if you're not paying their salary.
